Here are this week’s events for OEXC:
Wed 8/28 – Pizza Shoppe Fundraiser: This is our first fundraiser of the season. Our runners will be serving pizza at this event. A portion of each sale and 100% of the tips goes to the team. Invite your friends, family and neighbors (and most of all….Be sure to tip your server!)
Thurs 8/29 – Uniforms will be distributed before practice. Susan Stanley and Monica Post will also be at practice to take pictures for the Team Sheets and Spirit Buttons.

Sat 8/31 – Donut Run and Team Pictures: Team pics will be BEFORE the Donut Run this year so everyone looks fresh! Pictures will start at 8am – this includes the entire team pic, individual pics and a senior banner pic. After team pictures, runners will change into their donut run attire and the groups will be introduced. The run will start immediately after team introductions. Coach is hoping the Donut Run festivities will start at 9am. So, for parents, this means that you can come a little later, but be sure not to miss the team introductions!
Also on 8/31 – OEXC Registration fees due. Come during pictures and turn in your forms and dues! If you forgot to buy a yard sign or window decal, we will have those as well.
