This is our schedule for summer fun runs. The runs are voluntary, but a great way to get in shape and get to know your teammates. Runs start at 6:30 AM and usually conclude around 7:15 to 7:30. All runs are supervised by East coaches, and run distances and pace are adjusted for individual runners based on experience and background.

July 18-21 California Trail Middle School

August 8-11 Continue running on your own
