6:00 am…..Locker rooms at OE open.
6:15 am…..All runners should be at OE.
6:30 am…..Busses leave for Rimrock Farm.
7:30 am…..Busses arrive at Rimrock Farm. Please help set up camp. Plan your restroom break. We will hand out numbers and do course walks.
9:00 am…Varsity Girls…5k….20 medals…..top 3 teams medal
9:30 am…Varsity Boys …5k….20 medals….top 3 teams medal
10:00 am….JV Girls…..5k….20 medals
10:35 am….JV Boys…..5k….20 medals
11:10 am…..C Team Girls ….5k….20 medals
11:45 am….C Team Boys…..5k….20 medals
12:15 pm…Varsity Awards Presentation at the awards stand near the finish. We will also hand out OE JV and C team medals after the medal ceremony.
12:45 pm….Load Busses to return to East. You may leave with your parents but you need to help pack up.
2:00 pm….Busses arrive at Olathe East.
THERE WILL BE A SHORT, REQUIRED MEETING FOR ALL XC TEAM MEMBERS
MONDAY AFTER SCHOOL IN THE COMMONS.
REGIONAL TEAMS WILL DRESS OUT FOR WORKOUT

4:00  Boys and Girls 2 x 2 mile relay and 3 x 1 mile relay

6:00 Mark Curp Award presentation
7:00 Bus arrives back at East.  Regular Practice Friday!!!

 Mark Curp grew up in tiny Polo MO, where he began his distance running career.  He later continued his running career and education at Central Missouri State University He became a top ranked US marathoner and US Olympic team member thought hard work and dedication.  He also a cousin to former Olathe East cross country runners Will and Maggie Tindall.  Will won the 2016 State Cross Country Individual Championship for Olathe East in 2016 and led his team to a state title.

7:30 am…..Locker rooms open

7:50 am…..All runners should be at East, dressed in meet uniforms and meet sweats. Bring your Donut Run costumes in your backpacks! WE WILL MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE FRESHMAN (EAST) GYM. WE WILL LET YOUR KNOW WHERE PICTURES WILL BE, EITHER IN THE FRESHMAN GYM OR BY THE POND.

8:00am….Individual and team pictures are taken.

8:40 am…..Team dismissed to change and warmup for Donut Run

9:00am…..All Donut Run teams should be on the starting line for introductions

9:15am…..Donut Run

9:40 am…..Fun run mile or ¼ mile for parents, fans, grand-kids, and anyone who likes to run

10:00 am…..Results and awards at Coach Bo’s truck

10:30 am…..Donuts food and fun….runners are dismissed after helping coaches take down course.
